3. Our finances
Each donation received will contribute to the school fee of one or more children of Tree House Children’s Family Home in Lucky Summer, Nairobi. The school fees will be paid directly to the school by ourselves or by one of the volunteers.
Operational costs
Our board members do not receive any form of remuneration. Our sole operational costs are the reimbursement of expenses made by our local volunteers, like phone or travelling costs and costs made in the Netherlands needed to collect funds, like the costs of a bank account and hosting our website.
Fiscal benefits
We have an ANBI status, which gives our donors the possibility to receive fiscal benefits.

School fees
An indication of the school fees in Nairobi area:
Primary school: +/- 115€ per year
Secondary school: +/- 380€ per year
College: +/- 610 € per year
University: +/- 1000€ per year
