Currently we support the children living in Tree House Children's Family Home in Lucky Summer. This is an orphanage where every child is loved, nurtured, valued and cared for.
The children, most of them abandoned, orphaned, and/or HIV/AIDS affected, call it their "home of happiness". They are not part of any big (non) governmental programme and therefore depend on donations.
The children's home was founded in 2005 by Nick Omondi in his tiny home in Mathare slums. Since 2008 the orphanage is located in Lucky Summer (Nairobi) and it now houses around 50 children in the age of 1 to 21.
